Tax Senior
We are a prestigious and well-established CPA firm with offices in
Los Angeles and Denver. We are currently looking for a Tax Senior
to join our growing team. This role involves preparing federal and
multi-state tax returns for a diverse range of entities and
individuals, handling complex tax and accounting issues, and
providing tax planning and consulting services. The successful
candidate will benefit from working alongside experienced industry

Compensation: DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing Federal and multi-state tax returns for C
corporations, S corporations, partnerships, high-net-worth
individuals, bankruptcy, and trusts and estates.
- Handling complex accounting and tax issues.
- Conducting basic and complex tax research.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Identifying tax planning and consulting opportunities.
- Collaborating with partners and engaging in client meetings to
provide tailored tax advice.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Business
Administration.
- 2+ years' experience in tax-related roles, preferably within a
public accounting firm.
- CPA license or active progress towards obtaining a CPA
license.
- Exemplary attention to detail coupled with strong communication
and organizational skills.
- Ability to comprehend and resolve complex tax and accounting
issues.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the
requirement of sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tax software and Excel for financial analyses
and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability in developing strategies for client tax
savings.
- Advanced knowledge of tax code changes and implications for
clients.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a
deadline-driven environment.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring junior
staff.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and
training.

- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to handle detailed
work with accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex tax
issues to clients clearly.
