About Us At our company, we are a leading personal injury law
firm dedicated to helping individuals who have been injured due to
accidents or negligence. Our team of experienced attorneys is
committed to providing exceptional service and achieving justice
for our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Opening new
files and making the initial client contact and continuing contact
with clients on a regular basis. Fully investigating each case by
gathering and analyzing intake information and relevant documents.
Verify insurance coverage and liability issues, and maintain
contact with insurance company. Manage client's medical care
keeping in constant communication with client's and medical
providers. Schedule and calendar medical appointments, explain
procedures and related documentation to clients, and review medical
records. Entering pertinent information into our database.
Continuously monitor case status, review medical records.
Organizing and maintaining case files, preparing files to be
submitted to demand writers. Maintain clients' records by reviewing
case notes, logging events, and monitoring progress. Comply with
HIPAA regulations. Help prepare demand packages. Collect all
possible information, evidence and documentation that will help the
legal department build a case. Sort and read through medical
records, insurance correspondence, and settlement releases on
behalf of clients. Manage a caseload of 80+ files. Perform
other duties as assigned by Management and/or Team Leaders. Meeting
monthly, quarterly and yearly goals. Talking with their clients
every 2 weeks. Their goal is to implement between 10-15 demands per
month. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Case spearsoftware
