Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of FP&A on the US East
Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Prepare financial management reporting packages and analyze
performance variances
Coach and develop a high-performing FP&A team while supporting
IPO readiness preparation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
10+ years of experience in FP&A or analytical roles
3+ years of corporate-level FP&A leadership and people
management experience
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement
modeling
Fluency with SaaS metrics and business models
