  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - ER 1F Shift: Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hours per week Length: 13 weeksMust work 4 weekend shifts/month and holidays as assigned.-- No on-call work. Requirements:
  • CA License
  • 2 years experience
  • 1 year experience at an ED with STEMI, Stroke and L2 or L3 trauma services
  • Must have worked with all ages of patients, birth to geriatric
  • There is NO grace period to obtain these certs; must have prior to start
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NIHSS
  • TNCC
  • ENPC
  • CPI
  • 2-3 years ED experience at an ED with STEMI, Stroke and L2 or L3 trauma services preferred
  • Triage experience preferred
  • Worked at moderate to large sized facility (> 20 beds or more than 150 visits daily) preferred Other Details:
    • EMR - Meditech
    • Number of Beds - 31 (in construction, will end with 36 by 2026)
    • Patient Ratios - CA state Ratios for admit assignment-varies; ED is 4:1
    • Type of equipment - Trauma, Stroke, Peds, STEMI Center equipment; standard HCA items (Belmont and Level 1 Rapid Infusers, Alaris, GE and Philips monitors, etc.)
    • Level II Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Comprehensive Cardiac/STEMI Center, EDAP (Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics) Center, Base Hospital
    • Adult and Pediatric ED services; care for all agesScrub Color/Attire --- No color.-- No words or inappropriate designs on scrubs, naturally occurring hair color.-- Must wear underwear. Epic Travel Staffing:
